* Project intended for citizens legally present in Italy mainly aged between 18 and 33 from third-world countries including Albania, Bangladesh, Ivory Coast, Eritrea, Ghana, India, Mali, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal, Somalia, and Ukraine.
Information on active employment policies
Foreign citizens are provided with information on the project and the planned training path at the consultancy desks.
In addition, information material concerning active employment policies and the tools for accessing them will be created and distributed and made available also online.
Activity: 1 meeting
Period: December 2022 – May 2023
Maximum number of participants in active employment policies: around 1140
Skills assessment sheet
An individual orientation consultancy path allows the person to take stock of himself/herself and his/her professional situation in order to plan a job placement or re-entry or to develop his/her professional qualities.
The skills assessment will be carried out through narrative workshops preparatory to bringing forth previous skills.
Activity: narrative workshops and individual meetings lasting at least 4 hours
Maximum number of participants: 850
Training
Once the skills assessment has been completed, participants will be able to choose between two paths:
1. Training of professional figures in the field of Tangible and Intangible Cultural Heritage
Activity: up to a total number of 100 hours in the classroom
Period: April – May 2023
Maximum number of participants: 400
to follow:
Activity: up to 120 hours of on-site learning
Period: June
Maximum number of participants: 40
2. Self-entrepreneurship training
Activity: to be defined
Period: April – May 2023
Maximum number of participants: 250
Linguistic - cultural mediation
Mediation is foreseen:
- at the consultancy desks and at the employment centers, where experts will help and support foreign citizens and operators in accessing the services devoted to them, helping them to understand the forms and information that will be provided to them;
- during the preparation of the skills assessment;
- during training activities.
Employment matching
Meetings between TCNs and companies of the sector aimed at matching the supply and demand of the local labor market in specific sectors that drive the local economy. They will be carried out via open days, which are days of facilitation of intercultural matching.
